GHANA COC(Effective from 1th,July)

1：Before Loading, the importer/exporter/forwarder or shipping company shall provide the proforma  invoice/IDF to us, and we will issue the reference number within 1 working day.

2：We will assist in preparing documents including test reports and inspection notes（if need inspection), which takes 2–3 working days.

3：Upon receipt of the final packing list and invoice, the draft certificate will be issued within 2–3 working days.

4：After submitting the bill of lading, the original COC certificate will be released within 1 working day.

Note: Prior to the issuance of the original documents, the importer must apply for an IDF document via the platform (external.unipassghana.com) and provide it to the exporter (template attached below).
